Shop Rules and Terms of Use | Spinning Top Parade

1. Who keeps the shop

These terms govern your use of spinningtopparade.com ("Spinning Top Parade", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of spinningtopparade.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who is allowed in

Only users aged 18 or over may use Spinning Top Parade. Using it is your confirmation that you are 18 or over.

3. Virtual coins in the counter jar

Every game uses virtual coins handed out free of charge.
Coins have no monetary value at all; they are not money, not credit and not property.
No coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and there are no in-app purchases on the site.
The shop offers no prize of real-world value.
Cornelius may adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. No real-money gambling, on any shelf

No real-money gambling is offered or promoted by Spinning Top Parade, and the shop links to no gambling operator.

5. Your account in the order book

Quackwater Tank and Foamfall Stair, beyond the open attic, need a free account. Each person may hold one account and must not share it.
Your password is yours alone. If someone else has used your account, let us know at once.
Your account page lets you delete your account whenever you choose. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be reversed.
An account that is used to disrupt the site, or that we believe is held by someone under 18, may be suspended.
Coins, levels and missions stay tied to the account, never become your property, and may be reset.

6. Acceptable use of the toy shop

Never try to disrupt the site, aim automated tools at it, offer coins for trade, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Keeping the shop open, and liability

The site is provided “as is”. We may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. The law that holds the shop to these terms

English and Welsh law governs every word of these terms.
